Suggestions to replace ARE 422 that won't hold water Well after 18 months of waiting on ARE I found out yesterday that the block they used has leaky sleeves.I don't have the stomach to let them do anything else to my car.Anyone know where I can buy a stout iron short block that will hold up to a 400 shot.Goal is to be ready for Thunder in early Nov.

Still using C5R heads? It is pushing it, but we could get something ready.

Buckmaster they have offered nothing,and I haven't asked either.The only thing that would make me feel okay would be a minimum of $10,000 cash refunded to me.Given the sorry financial state of the shop I'm not holding my breath.At this point I would just be happy to see all the other guys that got ripped off by Wade and Nick get their stuff or money back.I have already written off my losses.
