W/ your mods, I'm thinking your milage isn't due to a poorly running car. My first thought is to say you drive ...... spirited, a little more often than you should.

well are we talking in town or on the highway?
in town my 388 is measured more in gallons/mile than miles/gallon (might help if I would keep my foot out of it but oh well.... )....
on the highway it gets about 22-24miles/gallon (6 speed with 3.73s)
my old 346 with a TR224/224 made 400rwhp/385tq and I was able to go about 425miles on a full tank (ran it almost dry) ....
it's all the T56s 0.50 6th gear........at 80mph I turn 1950RPM with 3.73s so I am going a long ways/quick for not a whole lot of RPM (which = fuel).......autos don't have that ability so they tend to suffer more....

don't forget to think about the weight difference of the vehicle, if that's your reason for asking.....plus a bigger tank, more gas, more weight....little things add up......just a little heads up

I've seen 30+ mpg on the highway and usually low to mid 20's in the city depending on how heavy my foot is in my all bolt-on M6 Firehawk.
My truck gets roughly 7 mpg in the city and 18mpg on the highway. The truck is basically a 5.3L LS1 and runs on regular gas. I attribute the sucky gas mileage to the following: Heavier, less aero-dynamic, automatic transmission, and overall larger vehicle.

I usually get around 15 MPG... but I think that's pretty good for getting on it a lot.... HP Tuners hasn't helped either... I find myself doing more "Test Runs"
Oh well if I wanted mileage I'd run out and buy a civic hybrid tomorrow
