I would keep the cam you have now unless money is less of a concern than performance. May gain 10 or hp over that cam but that may be all but if I was to start from scratch it would be a Comp 54-446-11, 232/234-.595/.598-112lsa.

If it were me, I'd try the new combo with the F11. If you're still not at the rwhp level you'd like, then put in a serious bump stick. You will have fly-cut the pistons so the sky's the limit. A cam in the neighbor hood of 240/248 615/590 112LSA might work well, but you'd be giving up some street manners. With your higher compression, you'd probably still have decent streetability though.

If it was me, I'd stick that F11 back in there and see what it does with the changes to the heads... THEN if I still wasn't happy, I'd look into something a little larger. I've changed the cam in my car a couple of times and I'm convinced that there is no "magic cam"... I would have found it by now

While I agree to some extent, there is something else to consider. You would only have to buy the cam, not the spring kit or anything, so it is only going to be like $400. You have spent A LOT of money on those heads (I am assuming), so I wouldn't put a cam in there if there is another one that will work better. Get one to match your heads and call it good. It's easier to change now anyway. Gomer, you have to remember that most people can't change cams like you can At least call Futral and see if another cam would gain you anything. Since you know all the flow numbers and everything, they can probably come up with something that will work really well. JMO

The FM11 will be fine for your new heads and stock cubes. You may gain a few ponies with a bigger stick like the 232/234-.595/.598, but you will have more drvability issues.

also if you're not able to tune the car yourself, you'll have to pay for tuning twice if you try the cam right now then try the different one

For $399.99 Futural will design a cam based on your heads and:

Head flow data (full range not just max)
Rocker Arm Info (ratio as well as type - i.e. stock)
Spring Info (seat pressure, open pressure, coil bind, etc)
Engine Displacement (bore and stroke)
Rod Length
Compression Ratio
Transmission (gear ratios if available)
Differential Ratio
Rear Tire Diameter
Maximum Intended RPM
Weight of car
Usage (i.e. all out race or street)

Same price as an off the shelf cam, why WOULDN'T you do it?

thats how i did mine. though he'd need to flow his heads with the lsx to get any worth while data.
