I use Mobile 1 10W30 if that helps. I have used it since I bought the car with 14,000 miles and now it has 59,000 miles. I do not know if it is the best but that is what I like.

I can tell U the oil consumption problem most people complained about were apparent to me when I was using the 5-30 in the early days, about a quart every 1500 miles for me, but since switching to the 10-40 for the summer, and 0-40 for the winter oil consumption is non-exsistent for me, and this is on a bone stock, 48,000 mile motor, with over 150 chasis dyno pulls, and 500+ 1320' passes, all with the original from the factory PCV valve still in place.
