how close to rated max lift/coil bind have you ran your springs?

Default how close to rated max lift/coil bind have you ran your springs?

And what springs were they, how they fare - did the pressures hold etc?

918's 590 lift they max at 600. Had them 9k miles. I know of people running them at 599 lift also but i am not sure on how many miles.

The Comp 918s handle alot more lift than .600. Installed at 1.800", they will easily take a .620" lift cam.

I agree. The 918's don't even reach coil bind until .750 as tested by my drunk buddy but it also has a lot to do with ramp rates. More aggressive ramp rates are more at home with a dual spring.

ran the Comp 987 duals @ .588 lift with an instal heigth of 1.85
Had around 15k on them when I returned to stock.

Crane 99893's with 595/598 lift fine.
Crane 99893's with 598/632 lift may be gettings some float at 6500+ so trying Comp 977's with more spring pressure.

isky's here.252 261 651 651 114lsa.I had to buy a retainer that was half the thickness
as the standerd to keep from bind.
