If you do a search on f10 & tr224/112 cams. you will find a bit of info.

they are both good cams. Like nikejr16 said, do a search and I'm sure you'll find dyno results on both and such. Otherwise, check the prices and maybe even wait around for a group purchase or something so you can save a few bucks on either cam

from what i have seen, he is right. I am running the f10 on a 114 and it pulls hard at about 3700 rpm on up. I would consider the f11 if your going to get the f10. you may peak an extra 5-10 hp. if emissions is a problem then go with the 224. the lower the lsa the lower you powerband is. either way, you will notice a difference

You might want to define "power"......top end HP, low end torque, best mdirange, etc.

What one person wants a cam for (ie: 1/4 mile racing) and another (ie autocross or road racing) will have different power needs.

F10 considering there's a GP right now. Why not go with the F11 instead?
