Default hotcam dyno results

Just installed hotcam and had it dyno tuned with hp tuners on a dyno jet today, was hoping 4 better numbers but then again the hotcam is a small cam ,Car pulls hard as hell now.Mods in sigg 361.8rwhp/354.9torque

its crazy how alot of people rag on the hotcam. everytime someone posts their dyno numbers on the hotcam, it produces good results for a little cam. thats real good man..

I'm going to get a cutout ,ported throttle body,and put a k&n filter in and dyno it again and hope to see 370-375 rwhp.

did you you your hp before the cam, but after the lt's?

my RWHP is close to the same with the TR224 on a LSA of 114
the cams arent that big. it's run though

Mine's a stock heads and baby cam A4 (numbers in sig). Not bad numbers for a hot cam and your mod's. Congrat's on your cam install man.

Didn't dyno it before cam and headers,I will have new numbers next week after ported tb and cut out .

Remember with 4.10s your number are going to be lower than with 342s etc.

4.10's most certainly lower dyno numbers. And to the person who talked about it being a "small" cam, it's really not that small. It has a LOT of total duration, and idles and drives worse than most "larger" cams.

Mine drives fine with tuning.fired right up without tuning and didnt haft to drill tb either,surged a little bit but tuning took care of all that.
