I gained about 60 rwhp with cam, LT's and pulley. 228/228 588.588 on 112Lsa. This is with new push rods, dual springs and Ti retainers. I am happy with the cam it really has good mid range and pulls hard.

you also have a m6, and what was the temp?
VERY HOT - 95 degrees !
As for mileage, on suburban driving.... ~ 50-60 mph driving, I'm getting ~250 miles/full tank with F10.
It really eats up gasoline when you ride hard though....
