Patriot 232/230@.050,110lsa $279.50
Thats right $279.50 !!!
Part# 8426 specs: 232/230@.050, .580/.580lift, 110lsa
I bet this would be a COOL sounding and great power producing cam for stock heads or ported heads. Anybody have any dyno numbers using this cam?

Gunner stated 420-440hp is possible along with a more radical idle using this cam. The overlap and sooner intake closing events sounds cool also.
I remember the older flat hydraulic tappet 280 Compcam version with 230/230 duration @.050, 110lsa. It was the hot ticket in the older conventional street driven smallblock Chevy. It sounded cool also.

I have been thinking of buying this cam. Intake valve closing point is 41-45 ATDC depending on how much you advance it. So DCR would be OK in 346. Overlap is not too excesive and the exhaust valve would open later than most cams producing good torque. Lift is .580/.580
Any comments?

i started a thread about the same cam just yesterday... sounds like it'd be a great cam, but no matter how much research i do, i can't find much on it... don't think its really gotten out there yet... but i'd love to get one before the price goes up... probably go after it this upcoming week... $540 for the entire cam kit is rediculously cheap!! thats' the cam, springs, retainers and locks...
i can't wait!
