Question Worthwhile cam upgrade?

Looking to replace my TSP 225 since I added a set of Tea 5.3 stage 1.5 heads. It's not a daily driver. Mods are in sig. 4.10 gears are going in right now. Looking for more power all over. Brent at Tea suggested 230-234 int. dur and 236-240 ex. dur. I will be checking for clearances and will flycut if needed. Here are the specs of a Comp Cam I'm looking at using. Attached it as a text document since the formatting is being thrown off. Good upgrade over what I have or not worth the time?

Can't see the attachment for some reason.

TSP Torquer II, TSP 233/239, Thunder 230/236 all worth a look.

Good luck!

I ran a TSP 231/237 with those heads with good success. Wouldn't recommend it though over the above options. The others offer much more power under the curve.

Thanks for the replies. Wonder why the attachment can't be seen. It's just a Windows .txt file showing the Cam Doctor results from Thunder Racing. I was looking at TR's 230/236 at first, then this used Comp Cam came along at a decent price.

Heh...thanks orangeapeel, awesome name by the way. That's why I didn't post it in the thread, it's all scrambled and the columns don't line up. Basically, it's 230/236 .589/.597 on 114 +4. Went with the 114 to get a little smoother idle. I was looking for something close to the cam Sidestep uses (Mamanator 2.0 ) as suggested by Tony. I called Tony and told him what I was looking for and he basically gave me the same info as Brent. No real numbers on lift though.

I can vouch for the cam being nice too, on stock heads. I have the Comp Cam version of this cam, 112 LSA.

Are you gonna spray?? If not then use something around a A F13. I use a Comp 230/232 with a 150 shot and have great results.

I would like to buy a wet kit eventually. Installed a Racetronix fuel pump this past weekend for future needs. Will be installing 30lb SVO injectors in about a month.

I think the F13 would work for you.

The Torquer V2 232/234 .595/.598 should clear with that setup. We've run it with our PRC cylinder heads with no issues so I bet you would be fine. They are still on specials for $359.99 on our site!!

I've had my eye on the Torquer V2 and the F13 also. But, back to my original question. Will the cam I posted be a good upgrade choice over the TSP 225 I already have? If not, why?
