new PRC LS6 heads are here - pics inside
These are with 918 springs and the upgraded valves (2.04, 1.575)
(attempt at some pics :-/)
Chambers need a little smoothing, but I'll take care of that. Probably hand
smooth the ports some too (or at least have my Dad do it - he has the
experience)
These are going on my 99 C5 FRC (M6) along with TSP 228R on 114, FAST 90, LS2 TB,
SLP pulley, Dynomax LT's, Z06 catback, Haltech intake, Z06 MAF, Mr Gasket
040 graphite head gaskets.
Non-power goodies - LS6 oil pump, Rollmaster billet timing set (single),
rickflow pushrods, LS6 lifters (encapsulated)
Hoping to get close to 440 hp at the rear wheels... with a good tune.

I am pretty close to pulling the trigger on these. I notice in the TSP 5.3L stage 2.5R's description they say that they hand finish those. I am wondering if they can offer this service on the LS6's too?? Since I have no experience I would be happy to have them do that before they send them to me. Can anyone at TSP answer that for me? Thanks!

Yeah, that's a good idea.
We usually just duct tape the crap out of them.
