Default ms3 and heds

I am planning on doing the MS3 dual spring , ls6 ported pump, and pushrods (stock length) and 3.73's or 4.10's in the rear I have heard many great things on MS3 with stock heads but I'd like some info on this cam with aftermarket heads, P to V clearance an issue wiht a lot of new heads? can anyone gimmie any input on their combo for the ms3 or do u know another big cam for stock heads, that in the future would be more compatible with newer style heads, like dart 225s? or what is a great big cam head combo , anyone to chime in would very much be appreciated

noise I don't mind. A race car was never meant to be quiet

Is there any risk of damage running stock length pushrods though?

I bought my PRC LS6 heads and MS3 from TSP, and they put the 7.400 Chromoly PRs with the package so I guess they'll work. I do hear valvetrain noise, but I can't compare it to anything since I haven't heard a MS3 with 7.425s.

Wow thats kind of weird I wouldn't think .025 inches would make that much of a difference thats like 2/3 of a mm

That .025 may be the differance between preload and no preload with the pushrod ratteling around.

But people on here are saying for less valvetrain noise 7.425s
