Default patriot dual springs VS. crane dual springs... Diffrences.....

they only have a 50 dollar difference, except the patriots come with new locks and seals, im pretty sure they both have .650" lift, is there any reason to choose one over the other????

Cranes are a little less stiff if you are looking at the 832's. The 833's, their new spring, is more comparible to the Comp 921's.

I have Patriot Gold Duals - rated to .650
They are doing great job so far. No valvefloat either. I'm very happy

So far I put 3000 miles on them with my F10 cam (specs in sig) !

Im very happy with the patriot springs. im on my second set. Im not a fan of possibly having to shim the cranes. The gold duals are a direct drop in.

The Patriot Golds are an excellent value. The locks are not only new, keep in mind they are a machined Super 7 lock, not a stock stamped piece. These complete kits are available from our retailers for only $255.00.

What would be the general spring change interval for the Patriot golds on a cam like the Stealth II or TR224(I can't go any bigger due to California emissions)?

I know the best way is to check the springs with a tool every so often, but in general how long do they last?
