Default H/C options narrowed, what should I go with?

So I have put a lot fo research into this and hope to have the sawp done with a month and a half, or less dependign on the wait for parts. I am wondering which setup will be the best for a DD car that I am trying to boost power on but keep very tame/streetable. Want it to have a unstock sound, keep the TQ high and if anyone has any ideas on the HP/TQ numbers the setups may make that would be helpfull aswell

-Thunder Racing billet MAF ends, black
-Jantzer ported and black powdercoated throttle body
-LS6 intake manifold

-Prothane poly motor mounts

Exhaust:
-Edelbrock Victor Series drag headers: 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" stepped long tubes with merge collectors and off-road y-pipe
-Hooker cat-back
