The second would be more exhaust biased and help if your exhaust is not to efficient.
Otherwise they are in the same power range.

unless you're in Cali, most run the TR224 112 in a M6

If you're interested, I've got a 227/224 .569/.563 114 in my car now that I'm looking to sell/trade for a bigger one. You'll need bigger than 28# injectors though. I went overkill w/42#'s, my tuner said 36-38's would have been perfect. Anyway, the thing runs great and when warmed up, you can run 6th gear @ 900 rpm's with no bucking or surging. I'm averaging 16mpg and I drive the **** out of it. Originally, I bought the cam from FogleMotorsports back in december.

224/224 videos and soon to be times once i get this friggen 9" figured out but burnin out trapped 116mph and dyno'ed 372/372
