after cam install exhaust pops at startup

after cam install exhaust pops at startup when I first start it the exhaust will pop or a very small backfire twice right after you start it. Then it is fine. Why would it make a couple pops right after I start it? I love the cam though. I need to get it tuned because it doesn't idle very well sometimes.

Ah, very nice, in fact, my second choice. I was a little too scared to go for this one as the car is a genuine daily driver and the missus sometimes (not often mind you) has to drive it.
