Whats the most SCR and DCR you guys are getting away with safely in a 6.0 block?

It depends more on the cam and the fuel and the expected running conditions. It's the same as with the other blocks. The highest SCR I have run on pump gas is still only a lil more than 11.5 to one and that's with a fairly big cam. I think the DCR would be around 8.3 to one or so on that one.

93 octane pump gas street strip car...I had always been told in a SBC you could get away with 1/2 point more with aluminum. Thats was why I was wondering if I should back down from the 11.5 I had in the LS1
