Default need to change lifters

is it necessary to change lifters when you swap heads on 70,000 mile car or only if you have alot of miles

For piece of mind i swapped mine when i did my heads and it had about 101k miles on it.

A stock set will run about 115 to your door. I got mine from SDPC.

I would inspect them first for any kind of wear. Weather or not I canged them would depend on that.

While your in there you might as well change them out..for as little as a new set cost it is a no brainer ....

I just bought heads from Tsp about an hour ago and yes got lifters to go with it.
