Default Help with a TSP CAMSHAFT Package.

well christmas is rolling around and im goin to get myself a early present but im not sure as to which is to better benifit me . im looking at getting the TSP cam package with the Torquer v.2 camshaft (232/234, .595"/.598" ) and dont know if the cam Package 1 will be best for me or Package 2.. car is daily drivin rain, snow, etc 15 miles to work and back .Mods in my Sig which will be the best

Get the #2 package it's a little more but you'll be able to play more with it. You'll be pushing it using 918's with the torquer 2.

#2. Dont push it comming so close to the limit of the 918's. Get the doubles and be safe.

i am running comp 918's with a 233/239 .595/.603... I ran my last cam on these springs for around 14,000 miles, i ran this cam for 6,000 miles. I will probably swap them out with another set of 918's... No probs, no valve float. Guys at Texas-speed say its not a problem to run 918's with these cams.
It would be nice to do the dual springs next time for extra insurance, but who knows..

BTW, i drive this car 30,000 miles a year with this set-up and couldnt be more happy!

also what do you guys think would be a good LSa for this cam i was looking at the 112 and 110 just dont really now how big a difference they will make one way or the other

daily driver I'd go with the 112 and package 2. Better idle quality for dd on the 112.
