What supporting mods to you have, and what are you doing with the car? Cruiser? Dragster? Part-time Commuter? A4 or manual? A4 will need some hard parts to survive long at the RPM's the MS4 and similar cams peak at, plus a 4000 or better stall for best results. Manual will require at least a 4.10 gear, more if you are running a tall racing slick. Hopefully you already have headers and good exhaust.
If its not your daily driver, then the sky is literally the limit.

With Stock bottom end I would not get a cam that will rev past 6500 max. Also need to look at PTV with stock heads. I would gurdd T Rex or MS4 would clear. You may want to talk with your tuner and see what they recommend. Custom is not a bad way ro go.

Problem is, the ones that are nasty as hell do make power at and above 6500 is setup properly. TRex and MS4 Rod would both clear, but both peak at 7000+. Rod bolts are an option, depending on how you feel about them.
Otherwise, you can scale back the cam some to peak around 6500: Torquer V3, 233/239, TRak or TR 230/236 are all good choices.

Now on another angle, if you want killer midrange trq, good carry after peak (~6300), and ground shaking lope, try to digest this:
232/228, .595/.588 108-1 (108LSA/109 ICL) (XE-R)

Keep in mind the costs of safely running nitrous. The blow down safety valve, bottle heater and remote valves that make nitrous convenient to use at any time (don't want to get pulled over with your manual valve open, almost insures a street racing violation).
You can go cam only for around $1000 even with dual springs, oil pump, timing set...
