The stock non roller tip has been geting excessivially worn after the trick flow heads have been added.
So far great results using the harland sharps though.

My understanding was that Trick Flow Heads, combined with OEM rockers could cause premature cupping of the ends of the valve stems. Additionally, my reading indicates that this has occurred on less than a handful of Trick Flow Heads installations. That is, I believe there are Trick Flow Heads installations out there being used with OEM rockers. If I am under a misconception, please let me know. In any event, I do not know that the valve stem wear is an issue with all Trick Flow Heads (i.e., 215cc, 225cc, etc). However, in an effort to mitigate such issues as those described above, I am going to compliment my Trick Flow 225 Heads with a set of Harland Sharp roller rockers.

The geometry of the TFS heads was optimized for roller rockers, this makes the stock rockers incompatible. So yes, the TFS heads do require roller rockers only and I don't know of anyone using stock rockers at this point. The roller rockers are a wise investment on any aftermarket cylinder head. Good luck with your combo!

Was that the final solution, no stock rockers? How much power do the H.S. for example cost? I've seen testing where it's huge up top in the rev range.

I don't believe the roller rockers cost you any HP, in fact, they may very slightly increase your cam lift. I too, have the H.S., but those new lightweight Yella Terras look nice.

Expect to pay in the neighborhood of $490 for a set of Harland Sharp roller rockers.

So you need $2500 for the heads and then another $500 for rockers. Are the pushrods included from TFS? SO the basic cost of using these heads is $3000 ?
