New 235cc TFS head
Well after working on this for along long time we have finally finished our 235cc Trickflow head. This was originally supposed to be a 240cc head but when we cc'd the final version it came out at 235cc. It is built for a 4.125" bore and uses 2.08 and 1.600 valves it has a newly designed exhaust port which measures 86cc. Mid lift flow is outstanding as we had a goal of 300cfm @.400" but fell a little short of that. Flow numbers are as follows:
Intake Exhaust
.100 67 58
.200 146 124
.300 235 199
.400 293 244
.500 329 265
.550 341 272
.600 344 276
As always these were flowed on our Flowdata bench at 28" and the exhaust was flowed with a pipe.

It will not be optimum on a 4.065" bore but should be slightly better than these
