Talking Before/After Head Pics - New meaning to customer service

BEFORE

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-internal-engine/717073-got-my-heads-pics.html

This is what I am talking about in terms of "a new meaning to customer service."

Secondly, to verify these heads are what you think they are, why don't you send them to us and we will check the exact chamber sizes.

Bonus - From time to time we like to choose a customer that we can help out by going above and beyond what is expected. With this in mind, we offer you the opportunity to send these used heads into us and we will go through these heads completely and install new guides, valves, and springs - ALL at No Charge. While we have them here, they will get our latest valve job design and milling. We will verify all the information about these heads. All that we ask, is that you take some 'before and after' pics and that you be patient because the lead time on this will be about 3-4 weeks - due to existing work load.

As we said, we like to do this to show our commitment to providing the best customer service possible. Please take some Before and After pics.
Any questions, give me a call. Here's your chance.
AFTER

Thanks Gunnar and Patriot.

One of the big reasons why Patriot CSI is so high. They go the extra mile.

+1 for Patriot going the extra mile. They sent me a few valve locks no questions asked when one was lost, even got them to me fast! Those heads look killer.

SO would they do the same regardless of where their product is sold? IE same servie if I buy from Patriot Performce vs buying from say EPP?

Just curious P) May determine who I buy them from Seems they have a pretty steady price from vendor to vendor, where customer service would then be the selling factor.

I think this was a luck of the draw offer extended by Gunnar. I dont know if he can do the same for everyone unless he recently won the powerball lotto and just really likes working on heads...

Louie83, would it have been too much to photoshop in the "lens flare" effect for extra bling!??! j/k those heads look great. Thanks for posting those pics.

Simply awesome CS, gunnar... Especially if you really bolted these back in the fixture and picked off the latest port designs on the cnc. How awesome is that.

Man Patriot has done really good. I had a really bad experience from patriot when they first started and they didn't help me. Hats off to gunnar and patriot performance for making a big turn around.

Nods I dont mean Id expect him to open the doors and do this for everyone. Just for the many customer service blessings towards Gunnar & crew, I am wondering if those folks bought directly from Gunnar or if they bought the product from a satellite vendor.

Byun, EPP, Speed, Thunder, LM etc.. all carry carious Patriot heads or variosu products. Wondering if they are as supportive towards guys who buy them there as to directly from them.

Again if I take the OP situation I guess I could have answered that.. consdiering he bought them from someone here and wasnt even sure if they were the right specs etc.. and obviously didnt know where they got them from.

SO nods

Most products you do get tend to send you towards the manufacturer for the initial yar then if you have extended warranties then you deal with the shop you bought em from etc. hehe.. sorry guys woke up from a nap here and im all discombobulated.
