Where do I buy this valve spring compressor tool - a GM dealer?

This is the tool that looks like a bent steel bar with a whole in it for the rocker bolt....Apparently, the tool works great for $15...

I'm trying to swap out some STOUT double springs and it is not easy...

Goto Napa and get one. It's fifteen bucks and you can find it on the shelf usually. It's a black bar about 2" wide and 9" tall sort of L shaped. It has a notch at the bottom and a hole for the rocker arm bolt. It works like a charm. If you need to get under the cowl, just cut the bar down to about 3" tall and it will fit and work fine.
