Default Well Guys, More Bad Luck. Need Opinions Please

I was on my way to Florida on vacation Tuesday and kabaam. I slung a rod threw the side of my fresh 6.0 block. I have only 1500 miles and its trashed. The stock rod broke in 3 places. Would you guys go with 6.0 or ab ls1? Any help greatly appreciated.

Well if all the other parts as far as pistons & stuff are for the 6.0, thats the route I'd go. Just get some Callies rods & a fresh block from SDPC. Then use everything salvagable from the current motor.

any would a 1500 mile brand new 6.0 motor kill itself like that? Have you found the reason?

Do you know what initially cause the motor to break? If someone built the motor for you I would be making some phone calls.

l92/ls3 setup and you'd be golden. Or just buy yourself another iron block and a set of rods and do that.
