Default LQ4 and LS1 heads need cam

Car is a 98 Z28 6 speed I bought with a crack block . Now its a LQ4 block withLS1 heads about9.8:1 CR( No upgrade mods yet but will be a mainly street driven and 4 to 6 times a year at the track( I can say that because thats about the amount of times I bring my 81z to the track , its run the best of 11.70 ) I dont want a high lift cam but good all around power with out doing any motor changes(stock heads and intake for now) Will consider a 410 gear change and headers and exhaust and air lid but all at a later date. I have a lunati 221/221 @ 50 558/558 the man gave me but everyone says its to small. What would be a good cam? This car will be my wifes daily driver till the new camaro comes out and the price comes down then it will be my toy. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/774485

being a stick car it shoud not be a problem

here is one of there dyno sheet, cam only ls1, 6 speed, and bolt ons
it would produce some good #'s on the lq4
