I have a similar setup with the MS4, but also running some good heads and more compression. Either cam will need at least that 3.73, which I run also.

Fuel consumption around town isn't that great, but I've made several 320+ highway mile round trips on a single tank of gas with my setup.

The key to either of those cams running right will be in the tune - find someone who knows what they are doing!

the ms4 is big, but im not going to knock a big cam. I would say honestly if u do plan on getting heads, and having alllot of power (450-500 rwhp) look into yanks PT4000 not the ST4000, its a better converter, they guys from yank say its really good. But because my cam wont be quite as big as urs (tsp 233/239) i went with the ss3600. Im going to say leave 3.73's in for drivability on the highway with 4.10's i dont think youll be happy. As well as that, a 4000 stall is going to shock the tires hard at the track, especially if u also have 4.10's and that means youll need a 12 bolt very very soon. So my final answer is 3.73's and build up some heads to match the potential of the MS4, and then go with a PT4000, and save up for a 12 bolt.

The tune and the converter are pretty much going to dictate driving manners. I daily drive my car and is pretty streetable with a big cam and converter with a good tune. Though gas milage does suffer.
