Did i install my cam correctly. Well everyone is still saying my numbers are WAY low for my car and mods. 1998 trans am ,Full exhaust ,BBk intake,Tsp torquer v2 cam ,gears few other bolt ons
stock heads and tb car
cam was cut on a 112.0 lobe separation so i installed the cam DOT to DOT .so was that the correct way to do this cam or what im jsut about to go crazy trying to find my missing hp that everyone says i need . car did 365 hp and 347 torque

yeah thats how you install it, dot to dot. i would think that its in the tune b/c the tv2s have been showing some real good numbers. i say take it back and get the car dyno tuned again

well guys im thinking tune issues because well ok i got a mail order tune for the car just to drive it to break it in then i took it to get dyno tuned ,He asked was my mail order tune close,I said its decent just runs really rich and want idle .so do you erase the old data when you dyno tune or what .The car to my knowledgs has no other problems ,It ran 12.90s with just headers and gear at 108mph before. doesnt smoke or knock.ANything else i can check guys cuz im really get sick when i think about it .I hate to say it it but i have seriously thaught of selling it

I have a smaller cam and did 374/361 at an A/F leaving me room to grow if I wanted the dyno number. I'd say your issues lie in the tune IMO. I'm lazy as hell right now what are the specs on the TV2? I would say don't get caught up in the dyno numbers, buuuuut... What A/F was it at on the dyno? do you have a wideband 02 setup?

I guess so but 94* too, just seems like that could hurt numbers a bit, I don't know what numbers it should be putting down but I would assume that would be cause for some of it... and the tune together so maybe?...

You need to take it to the track and look at your trap speed. That is just a dyno number and the dyno could read low. Mine didn't dyno much more than yours, but it was a Mustang dyno that apparently reads low cause everyone tells me it would be over 400rwhp on a dynojet.
If track numbers are low check wires and clean your MAF.
