Question Want to try Amsoil, But which one ?

Guys I been hearing alot of talk about Amsoil products and I thought I give ti a try.

The problem is that i dont know which one to go with or what weight. I know they have different series. I seen their Signature Series which I think its their best but tis only a 0-30w oil so I dont think it would work well with our cars.

By the way I have an 02 Camaro SS.

Which one do you guys recommend ?

Im useing 10w40 in there Synthetic High Performance Motor Oil and im also using there oil filter which is quite a heavy filter for how small it is always heard the heavier the filter the better the eliment inside but dont know how true that is but after 2000 miles on the oil it still holding good pressure becasue i was using mobil 1 and after about 2000 miles it would start to thin out and pressure would drop a little but not with the amsoil.

Amsoil 5w30 and K&N filter. Run for 4 to 5k miles, change the filter add one quart, go for another 4 to5k miles, change oil and filter. No probs or low pressure(yet).$.025

5-40 euro and K&N filter. I tried it because it's easily available around here and I didn't like having to order GC 0-30 online, and ZERO consumption on my cammed motor. Good luck, I'll have to try their filter next time. How much are you paying for it?

I am running the Amsoil 5W-30 ASL. Very good oil analysis with it and it stopped my lifter tick that I had with the GC that was too thick when cold.

Thats one of the reasons I want to try Amsoil as I heard alot of people say that lifter noise decreases after they put Amsoil.

I use 0w30 series 2000 oil, and i love it. I regularly beat on my car and i only burn about a 1/2 to 1 quart of oil every 1K miles and i have a 110K on my car. The stuff is great IMO.

You should also use the Absolute Efficiency oil filter it is well worth it, K&N filters are crap. I have seen a test were a stock Subaru oil filter out performed it.

Well, this is the internet, so this must be true. Care to back that up with some proof?

Where all the other amsoil is sold. In fact it's some of the most plentiful on the shelf when I go to buy it.
