80K miles....Time for new rockers?
I have just under 80,000 miles on my car and I am about to put some AFR heads on. Would it be wise to go ahead and get some roller rockers? I think a local performance shop sells the scorpion rockers and I have read good things about those and they are a good price. I really dont want to spend more than $400 on any. Also, I have read about peolpe sending the stock ones to Harland Sharp to get rebuilt. What are yall's thoughts ??

i am guessing that the heads are bare? are you planning on using the parts from your old heads? the first thing that wears out is the springs. you really need to give more info for the best answer.

^ Yeah my bad.
I have comp 921's and comp hardened pushrods in it now but I have new patriot gold kit on the AFR heads. So, everything on the heads will be new except the pushrods and the rockers. I think that about covers it all
