Default CAM Recommendations for a D1SC Procharger

I have a 2000 LS1 Camaro with the following mods:

LS6 Intake
Vig 3600 Stall
3.73 Gear
MAC Headers
Built Level 4 Trans

I'm going to be installing a D1SC Procharger with a Front Mount Intercooler.

I need your recommendations on which CAM will yield the most-power on this setup and still be streetable.

Any recommendations on the name of the CAMs very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim

If you want it to drive like stock yet still have alot of power for cheap go with an 02+
LS6 cam. With it's valve events it's very blower friendly. With FI you don't need to go crazy on the cam specs to make alot of power. That is what the blower is for.

I think you'd like my cam, Vinci XXX: 222/228 .551/.551 115. Bought it thinking I might go with forced induction down the road. Excellent street manners.

I agree. The LS6 cam is a good blower cam if you are looking for stock-like manners (until you go WOT ).

Don't rule out the Thunder Racing CheaTR cam. High intake lift with a moderate duration, plenty of exhaust duration and a wider LSA make it an LS6 cam on steroids.
