From what I've seen, yes they do and pretty damn well. A fella on here (termin8r) had the same set up and had tons of videoes of him rolling on with some 2.2 KB Cobras, Ford GT, and some really powerful cars and pulling from them all. He made mid 400 at the wheel and something like 650 on the bottle. Been a while since I've seen them. I am planning the same thing but don't know how long the stock rotating assembly will last with it. I'm personally going to wait to spray mine until I get a forged block to handle a bottle on top of the MS3. I know the stock block can handle a little over 500 at the wheel naturally aspirated. I think the pistons and rods won't be able to handle it for very long at all IMHO.

i did not have a full dynotune, but had what me and friends did w/hp tuners and it did not buck that bad.It was 6 speed so that helped but it would surge sometimes at like 1400-1600 rpm and that was it.i liked it a lot and it pulled like a monster in the higher rpm.i am planning on having epp tune it this summer for spray and the automatic.

I have a buddy of mine that has the MS3 cam on a stock LS2 with a 90/90 intake and a 150 wet shot. His car is damn fast for just a cam intake car. I had a LS1 with heads cam and intake and would pull maybe a car on motor on spray to spray it was a dead even match with me on a 100 shot but i had very high compression. He has a killer car in the Amarillo area and put down a lot of cars with his set up. It is also his everyday vehicle and he loves it.

They work very well together . I'm not sure what your goals are but I went 10.24 on a 125shot with the MS3, TSP 5.3 heads, and nitro daves plate. Going for 9s in 08 on the stock bottom end.

My best MPH was 132 and the only weight reductions was removing the A/C, tearing the backing off the stock carpet, removing passenger air bag, spare tire and jack. Other then that I'm pretty much full weight, I still have the back seats in my car. Adding the 8pt kinda balanced out the weight reductions so I'm probably around 3600-3700. I did not have to fly cut the pistons but I did have Texas speed recess the valves in my heads a little bit so I would get some added clearance.

Don't really know the power numbers but i went 11.15 @ 129 with a very soft launch and short shifting the car. The 60 ft was a 1.91. My TA was full weight and still had 3.42s. It was an easy 10.5x car with some gear but it broke before I had a chance to make an all out pass

Cam works pretty well with nitrous. I had my car walking easy 10.50s at 130+ with the MS3 and a 150 shot. Adding a 50 dry on top of that it was going consistant 10.1. Race wieght was low 3K at the time. Hopefully it'll crack a 9 in the spring with the stock shortblock and stock heads.

Thats an excellent combo. I good friend of mine has that combo (150 wet shot) and has went 10.5 @ ~ 130 MPH at full weight with crappy stock '98 heads. He pulled off of a whippled Cobra pretty convincingly a few weeks back from a roll.
Check it out about 55 seconds in. The camera view is from inside the Cobra.

The SS driver hits 3rd and pulls a bit and his 3-4 shift is about as good as it gets at the 1:07 mark and he steadily pulls away. I'm not sure exact how strong that Cobra is but obviously the SS gets in done convincinly.
