Unhappy Guess what was on MY drain plug?

Lots of little needle bearings. After tear down I found 2 more in the lifter valley. Any ideas what their from?

Those are from your rocker arms. Time to take off your valve covers brother.

Send'em to harland sharp for $225 rebuild or a good excuse to upgrade to Yella Terra Ultralights.

Yep thats what they're from...gay! I've been lucky so far with mine.

I think I may have read somewhere that GM corrected this problem on newer versions of the LS1/LS2 rockers. Maybe a different bearing or something?

Best bet is to send them out to Harland Sharp and have them do their rebuild.
