Default my trans am dont feel right

well my car always kinda acted weird but yesterday i drove it and it just feels like like its getting worse. i held it in first at about 25mph (3:23 rear) and just holding it there it felt like it was in limp mode from a knock sensor. but soon as i jumped on it it came to life and then at abot 5500 started falling over a lil bit. does a slow 1-2 shift and didnt feel like it was pulling as hard as it usually does in second. i've had the MAF low frequency code p0102 ever since i put the motor in the car. i've tried 4 different MAF's and it still won't go away. the car also backfires when i jump on it and let off after a gear or two. the car has long tubes, no cats, 3" Y pipe 3.5" to the back, Bosch front o2's and o2 delete sims in the rear, professional products 85mm intake and throttle body, no egr, no a/c yet, 3200 stall,

the car also tends to idle hi after driving it for awhile. the lowest i've gotten it to idle at was 700 RPM i can drive it around town and it will idle at about 1200 in gear 1500 in neutral.

i've checked everything i can on the MAF to see whats wrong but its putting out the right ohms, volts key on and off. im just not sure where else to go. also oil pressure is about 25 lbs idle and doesnt really raise till about 2000 rpms. as of right now im just gonna let it sit. look into everything i possibly can and probably end up pulling the motor.

if you have some idea's where to start please let me know. im trying to atleast make a cruise and meet on the 20th. i can take my other car but id prefer to take this one. thanks again.

Well if you have tried different MAF's and you still get the same code, that would tell me that it is in the wiring or connector

Ive had idle issues in the past and the sensor was going bad. You can see the % of throttle body opening on a diagnostic screen if available.
