if you have GTO then with no doubt go for one of those two
NGK TR55 IX (iredeom) not the copper
or
the mighty (DENSO IK16) i currently use them its the best plugs i ever used
and one more thing forget about the E3 .

I used delcos last time I did plugs but have been told by many that the NGKs offer the same if not better performance for less money.
Either way stay away from those junk E3 plugs...when I tried them I didnt expect a power gain but I did expect them to last over 15k miles...I had 3 of them foul by 15k miles and replaced them with autolites because I was in a bind and had to sell the car quick.

autolite. the cheap copper plugs.
i had nothing but trouble with stutters with ngk's. several friends have the same problems.
i read a lot of problems about misfires idle/cruising with these, although they do run fine at WOT.
autolite makes my car drive like a stocker.... (sales pitch)
hehe.
