Default Anyone use these rods?

The rods are just under $300 from SDPC and are forged. The listing gives no hp rating, rpm rating or anything of that sort.

26125716Scat Crankshafts6.125" I Beam LS1 / LS2 / LS6 Scat Connecting Rods$298.95

This is the piston kit with rings and bearings, just wondering if anyone had used them or heard good/bad about them.

KITSD32621FSScoggin Dickey Parts Center3.898" Bore, LS1 / LS6 5.7L Forged Piston Upgrade Kit$599.95

I am considering installing forged rods and pistons while I have my motor apart for the H/C swap to better handle the nitrous shot I will run later.

Thanks for the help!

Default

Just got e reply from SDPC, says the rods are rated ~600hp and I should have no problem sraying this setup.

My plans were to spray a 100 shot and see how it goes and with the forged parts I should be able to end up spraying a 150 shot, so we will see how it goes and if I have the $$$ at the time.
