yes again!
Anywhere between 15k to 20k depending on how much you thrash the engine.

You can get by with that cam in your M6 car without tuning, but you will get more power and better driveability with tuning. Driveability has been excellent with my setup, especially once the engine is warm. 918's may even last up to 40,000 miles if you install Ti retainers with the springs.

great cam for stick heads. You may need to bump the idle or dril the TB hole to get rid of some surge, but some cars idle fine after a cam. However, some dont

Yep...and set your shift light at 6400..I have found that because of TR's setup on this cam, I rarely see 6400. Great stock bottom end cam...

Jason, how did your stock bottom end look when you ran this cam that high in the RPM during your forged rebuild? I just got my cam from you a week ago, its the 112 LSA cam though and im a bit worried of taking it up over 6400 RPM.

Scoobie, the motor I built with forged internals was the orginal motor from my car.

The motor I used with the few different cams and stock heads was a spare motor I had at the shop. I did a leak down on it and it was leaking down 30% on all 8 cyls when I took it out. It still made 400rwhp with stock heads and the TR230 cam in this condition. The rings were shot to say the least. lol The bearings looked great though. That motor did have 50k miles on it when I put it in my car and I put ~15k miles on it myself before tearing it down. The motor did see almost 100 dyno pulls with a revlimiter at 7k. :p

Jason, be honest with me, ive got a 10k mile car, but previous owner had it running 11.70's on juice. I bought it stock at a dealership a month ago. In this last month i have done all the mods in my sig. I was considering saving up and doing the cosmetic upgrades and heads but would you suggest a rebuilt bottom end first. Ill be coming out to you guys for tuning in October and will start to be regular as i will be living close.
