Default Bad noise (Video)

So lately I've had a slight ticking sound coming from my car, I pulled a valvecover and turned the motor over ect. and found nothing visible from that and also ran Seafoam in my oil for a few hundred miles to clear carbon buildup and possibly free up a collapsed lifter if thats what it was. The noise stayed anyways but never affected the cars performance so I drove it now and then. Well today on my way home from work it suddenly became a lot worse. Any ideas would be appreciated guys I wanna know what it could be, I believe its defiantly the valvetrain.

They are stock rocker arms so it could be a needle bearing.

Honestly I have used the same Mobil 1 5W 30 since the cam install a year ago and it has never made this noise at all, just how loud it is tells me something is not right at all.

I could guess, but it doesn't really matter. Something isn't right. Start with the easy stuff. Pull the covers and check the rockers, pushrods, springs for obvious stuff. Imo the best thing you could do at this moment is to leave the keyboard and camera alone and start takin it apart. Hope it works out for ya.

Not a very good quality video but it sounds like there is a misfire? Satrt by removing the plugs and seeing which cylinder is not firing.

The idol clip sounds just like it does in person so I dont see were you think the quality is bad.

I think its a bent pushrod thats smacking around in its hole.

It's a lifter. I had the same noise 2 months ago and it turned out to be a lifter.

It does not sound like a misfire.

Well sorry for no updates guys I've been running around a lot lately and haven't had a chance to even touch the car but within the next few days we should know. If it is indeed a lifter then it looks like the car is down and back to stock as I have to sell it soon now that we just found out my wife is pregnant and I have to get something more family oriented. Therefor I will likely part the car down to stock and sell it along with all the parts.

I found the problem....

.....and couldn't be happier that its not a lifter, now its time to get a replacement set and change the oil because I'm sure it has metal in it now. Also most of the rockers were loose, as in side to side movement so they will all be removed and retorqued. Anyone got a set of stock rockers for cheap.

I have some old rockers that I took off of my car. How many do you need?

I'll take a full set of 16 if you wanna get rid of them.
