you may want to look at something like a 224 or 228 range cam and 1.7 rockers look at the sponsors or check out the dyno section to get some ideas. i dont think youll see 400 rwhp with a Z06 cam

Like said ubove get something bigger than the ls6 cam. I would stay away from the 1.8 rockers just get a cam with alittle more lift. What year is your car? If pre 01 get a ls6 intake maifold or a fast, headers y pipe and cat back or true duals. I had a thunder racing cam 224/224 563/563 112lsa, with full bolt ons and made 396rwhp/383rwtq. Check some of the sponsors they sell complete cam kits... cam, springs, push rods and gaskets.

running 1.8 rockers virtually eliminates most of the popular cams on the market. they are not compatible with most lobe designs.
i'm running the Torquer V1 with stock gears and i still get 25-26mpg highway, and 16-19mpg around town. and that's with a crappy part throttle tune.

Definately look to something a little bit larger in the camshaft area. We dyno tested the 228R TSP camshaft to just under 500 flyweel horsepower on a stock head engine! The 228R TSP camshaft made 490hp & 432 lb ft of torque while the basline before the camshaft made 416hp & 420 torque! How about a 74hp gain from a camshaft swap that drives really unbelieveable!! Give us a call tomorrow & we can provide you with our dyno testing of these camshafts your looking at.
