Re: 5.3 heads ? No you will not, they have a very shrouded 3.800" combustion chamber and 1.89 diameter intake valves. The heads need a minimum of chamber work and a 2.00 valve to make more power then the stock 5.7 heads, and this power is mostly due to increase in compression. You need to get a set fully ported to take full advantage of the 5.3 casting.
