Don't think you'll make 20 RWHP with either intake, unless you have a big cube engine. Maybe close.

Are you changing heads also??? The L76 intake runners are square (rectangle) not cathedral, if I remember right...

Correct, the L76 works on L92 heads, not traditional LS1 cathedral port heads. That's strange, calling a LS1 traditional!

That is not the correct intake for your heads .. the FAST 90/90 combo if it is ported will get you 20-30 hp depending on the motor. See Ron @ Vengeance for a ported FAST 90 intake..

Did you do the port yourself on your fast 90 or did you have someone port it for a 23hp gain??

well, one intake fits, the other one requires heads that dont fit on what im assuming is still an LS1 shortblock... so you dont really have a choice... 90/90 or keep your current LS6.

The fast 90 is designed better, but if you are running a L92 head then the fast wont work for you.

JEFOR6996-i did it my self w/a dremmel tool. i only cleaned up the area where that lip is in the lower runners. i then hand smoothed it w/fine sand paper. it was easy, but i took my time so not to take off too much and ruin it.
