i have heard of people running 59cc heads... and 93 gas.

Need to be sure of clearance... but I am guessing it should be fine. Lift and duration are not crazy.

Dude, you're fine.

My 99 SS had PP 59cc heads with (2.05/1.57) and a TSP 233/239/603/605/113 cam. Since Patriot welds the chambers and leaves the deck height stock, no problems at all. If they milled them for the bump in compression, you could have ptv issues but I am sure they still weld them up for 59cc. I ran 91-93 octane and even ended up putting a 100 shot on the car. Never had a problem. You'll love the throttle response.

Now personally, I had TEA port my LS2 heads (243's) @ 63cc and they ended up flowing 325/257 and only ran $1000 since I had the springs already. Flow chart attached. Do you have a flow chart on the current Patriots?

well with a compressed head gasket thickness of .06 and 59cc heads on an ls2 i got around 11.6 to 1 for compression. and thats assuming that the heads you purchased were for a 4in bore not 3.89

as for the camshaft, its always best to check ptv rather than guess.

I would think that the head gasket of .060 would be killing your quench.
