ls1 rebuild ,what are all my options?
I spun a rod bearing most likely and want to know all my options for a rebuild. What can I do with this block? I have nitrous and a torquer v3 cam. I kind of want to get a lil more displacement out of it, will probably sell my nitrous and get a supercharger down the road.
How much displacement can you get out of the stock blocks?
What will and wont be salvageable with this bad bearing? Will I need a new crank? Will heads and cam be reusable?
How do i find a good machine shop for this job at a reasonable price? I assume a place like katech or victory racing in se mich can do it.

do a 383 that about the most u can go in displacement.
if u spun a crank bearing and when u take it apart, and its blue, or looks like it got really hot. ur gonna need a line hone,
rod bearing... who cares ur going to do a 383 anyway
