Default GM L92 wiring harness???

I have a problem! I have a new 2007 GM L92. What I dont have is a wiring harness and ECU. What should I do? Where can I buy a custom harness, buy a harness from a Escalade and rebuild it or does the wiring harness from a LS2/LS3 work?

An LS3 specific harness wont run the VVT as it has no VVT actuator connector and wiring built in.

It could be added unless the VVT connector is a non standard/very hard to get item. Custom harness could be built, or Escalade harness re-worked.

You could try Speartech for a solution based on GM ECM or MAST motorsports for their proprietary M-90 ECM which will do VVT. Or PM for other options. We ship to Sweden as well.

How do I know if the VVT connection is a standard connection or not?
Okey I will look up speartech
If it dont cost me more than the engine it self I really want the VVT. If I use the LS3 harness i will have to; 1. change the front cover. 2. switch the cam phaser to skip the vvt. 3. change the oil pump, hmm what more?

Can you post a pic of the VVT connection?

Should be no issue with VVT not being connected. There is a nuetral rest position it will stay in that is safe.

They are cam and crank. The VVT conn is behind the water pump. You may need to pull the water pump if you want to see it properly.

Mast Motorsports can provide a harness and ECU to control all the features of your L92 including VVT. Aftermarket cams as well.

I talked to the owner at speartech, very nice dude! So now im just waitning for my harness I have another question about the fuel pump. Do I need a returnless fuel pump?
I cant find any outlet on the engine for a retrun line...

You mean the pic above? That is the cam sensor connector. Or at least the bottom end of the cam sensor extension harness.

You either need an in tank pump that has a regulator/return built in (G8's have these), or an in tank pump and an external regulator that has a return. i.e. Corvette, which is posted in the LS converions stickies.
