Question LSX LS7 heads Vs LS7 heads

What is the difference between LSX LS7 heads and the LS7 OEM heads? The price for the LSX LS7 heads are substantially less than the OEM Ls7 head... Why?

Links to whatever you're comparing would definitely be useful on this one!

The lsx heads have as cast ports but all the same valves as ls7 heads. The ports are a little smaller. I recently did a 427 build (ls7 block) with the lsx heads. I ported the heads and matched them up with a fast 102 intake on my build. I am very pleased with the results. The high rpm performance of my valvetrain is very good...hardly any droppoff at 7k.

I just found out about RHS Pro Elite heads. They look very nice and RHS puts out bad *** parts. I posted a thread to see if someone would chime in about them.

There is also the Brodix BR7 heads and Rich @ WCCH has a CNC program for them.

The LS7 is CNC ported. The LSX is not.
