Default iron 6.0 cam suggestion

hi new here, but not new to motors or cars. had an 01 trans am new with bolt ons and nitrous then, but not a lot of parts available back then, anyway 2 kids and years later iam back into cars and building a few different cars with my dad. iam looking for a cam suggestion or someone who does custom cams. it will be a daily driver, 70 nova, 5sp, 3:70 or 3:90 gear. 6.0 with stock crank, aftermarket rods, l92 heads, duel plane with carb setup. i would like it to be street friendly, idle good, good vacume, yet have just a little lope at idle. iam not really conserned with peak numbers, iam looking for a flat tq and hp numbers through out the curve, and want to keep the numbers around 6000 rpm or under. thanks for the help and i hope i posted in the right spot. and compression will be around 10:1

Also should I stick with the cathedral port heads instead of the l92 since its a street motor and with a cam under .600 lift?

I used to run a crane cam 228/232 .551/.551 112lsa. Great cam made power throughout the rpm range. I believe the power range was 2500-6200rpms. Its a great street cam. I dont have the part # but if u want to call crane with the specs i'm sure they can find it for you

well going with a stroker 408, cathedral port heads, dual plane intake, carb. martin@tick suggested 239/246 .624/.595 113. kinda scared me how big at first compared to what others suggested but i ordered after talking with him. hope it has good street maners.

I'm always for max effort cams. I use to own in my stock bottom end , no fly cut ls1 a mti s1 (244/244 612/612 112 lsa) now I have a custom ground eps cam(23x/24x 64x / 61x 109+3) and drive ability is amazing on both all in the tune. I'm goin to build a streetable 418 on e85 or pump gas with a huge cam. Plus 200-250 shot on top.
Just my 2 cents

martin at tick can be trusted and the above cam is not really big at all for a stroker. actually seems like pretty nice cam to run. well help to at least port exhausts on heads for optimum performance.
