Heads are only milled .020"...with a stock gasket. Id say maybe 10hp and about the same tq...but its gonna vary depending on deck height and cam selection (dcr)...you may make more than me. Never know. My heads came off a 90k mile ly6...823 cast...I milled to make sure they were true and to get compression back a little when they were on my lq4...which ended up an lq9...which blew up. LOL

It will make good power. It will just be a more aggressive factory cam. Big split favoring the exhaust and a wider LSA. Means it will peak higher at the cost of lower and mid range torque compared to an N/A cam but will also idle more smoothly.

I'll be running a centri cam N/A until I can piece the external engine stuff together. Martin specced me 227/239 118+6 .624/.621 which will net me -6* overlap for a smooth idle and emissions. I think I will be PLENTY happy with the cam prior to the centri going in.

For comparison...my blower cam is a 235/238 .619/.615 115+2 ....you dont need a huge split to make good power and torque with rectangle port heads...thats ls1tech myth.
