GEN 4 5.3 cranking compression?

Just wondering what the OEM cranking compression is roughly... Had a cam installed 4* retarded and I was around 160. Degree'd the cam in at .5* advanced from the cam card. Now I'm seeing 190+ seems high to me...

I thought I remember someone posting in excess of 2 hundred on a stock L33.
