Unleaded race fuel
Ok, I called vp about what race gas is best to run on small bolt ons and they referred me to ms109. They said it wont harm your cats because its unleaded. Is this true? I would love to hear your opinion on ms109. Is it sage to run in my car? Thanks!

Same reason spec miata guys run Sunoco 104 unleaded, it runs better and its consistent unlike pump gas... VP does have some magic sauce that will let you max out what youve got without too much worry about ping... Race gas does not have the VOC limiter chemicals in it so it atomizes better and you get more consistent mixture. Its easy to see just pour a teaspoon of race gas on a cookie sheet and watch how fast it evaporates compared to pump 92... You DO have to tune to get the bang for the buck out of it though so don't MIX it with pump gas please you may as well set your money on fire in the parking lot.

Ok I see. I can't say for sure, but if you're tuned for 109 then yes you must continue with it until it's tuned for 93. I'd suggest you plan your route in advance to your tuner. Make it so that you are as empty as possible on arrival. Then fill it with 93 and get it retuned
