im trying to figure out push rod length
l92 heads with factory rockers on .620ish lift
thought about getting a length measurer but i figured i would ask before i got one and screwed up the measurements

If the heads are milled, couldn't you subtract the amount you milled your heads from the pushrod length (7.400") to get the pushrod length that you need for your particular application?

If you shave the heads or change thickness in head gaskets or even have a valve job were they cut the seats moving the valve stem closer to the rocker, you need to check the pushrod length, so you don't collapse a lifter, But if every thing is stock height i just go stock length, But thats just me.
